The Falcon Art Community in Portland, Oregon provides affordable apartments and artist studio space in a beautifully restored circa 1911 building. With a slightly different take on the live/work concept, The Falcon Art Community separates apartment living from studio space by putting the living accommodations on floors above the work space. This idea allows artists to live/work in the same building, while not forcing artists to live in their work space.

There are 47 apartments in the building and 25 art work spaces.
